SUMMARY:
 
A Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive/Conveyancer is sought by this Legal 500 firm. This role requires a candidate with stellar residential property experience including extensive experience dealing high net worth clients and high value property transactions. The appointed Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive/Conveyancer will have the capability to manage their own caseload of residential property files, to include but not restricted to:-

• right to buy;
• sales;
• purchases;
• equity releases and; re-mortgages.

 
The ideal Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive/Conveyancer will have a minimum of 3 years PQE handling files from initial instruction through to completion.
