JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: NQ+

SALARY: £Market Rate

THE ROLE:
Working within a busy team, the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be dealing with all types of commercial property matters including sales, leases, purchases, mortgages and development matters. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be working on a varied caseload of commercial property matters on behalf of a varied client base.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitor with experience of dealing with a varied caseload of commercial property matters. You will have gained relevant experience within a reputable law firm renowned for their commercial property offerings and be looking for a supportive and friendly working environment where you can see your career flourish. As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be able to demonstrate expertise in landlord and tenant, development, sales and purchases and acquisitions and disposals. Newly Qualified Commercial Property Solicitors will be considered for this role and will have completed at least one seat within commercial property.
