JOB TITLE:                  Residential Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED:          4+ years’ PQE
LOCATION:                  Hertfordshire

THE ROLE:
An excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded commercial practice based in Hertfordshire. Our client is seeking to grow their already successful Residential Property department with the hire of a recommended Solicitor based within Hertfordshire. The team is recognised as one of the leading departments within the firm and holds a strong position within the market. They are looking to expand further with an individual to assist with all areas of the conveyancing process. An accomplished Residential Property Lawyer you will be competent handling a busy caseload from instruction to completion and be able to evidence a proven billing track-record. You will have strong client skills and a strong interest in business development and the opportunity to lead and build a team.  

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful individual will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience either as a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer. You will have an excellent understanding of the residential conveyancing process along with strong communication skills. You will be confident dealing with clients and will have a real enthusiasm for working in this area. You will undoubtedly feel that your development and career progression will be encouraged alongside the growth of your team and department.
