OVERVIEW:
This firm act for clients in some of the most complex and challenging situations, offering advice on all elements of estate and tax planning. They are trusted advisors for all personal and family legal requirements and wealth management issues. Typically, the clients require advice on wills, trusts and probate are wealthy families and individuals, business people and landowners. When you join this firm, you can expect to work hard of course, but you can also expect to be part of a team that pulls together and works towards a common goal. You will be trusted and respected for your professional knowledge and expertise whichever part of the firm you work in. You will be joining a firm that is dedicated and determined in pursuit of success for its clients, which in turn supports its people to build careers and realise their full potential. A Private Client Solicitor is required to join this busy private client team of talented individuals. The post holder will be required to deal with wills and probate matters as well as other private client work. You will therefore have an interest in dealing with complex files. As the successful Solicitor you will have the following skills and attributes - sound and solid background in wills and probate with experience of running independent caseloads, strong technical competence and intellectual ability (STEP qualification preferred), confident and personable approach, with excellent communication skills (verbal and written), a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, providing a role model for others to follow, to supervise others and to delegate effectively, flexible outlook with an ability to prioritise and work under pressure. Participation in marketing activities whether on a firm wide, departmental or office basis. Outstanding career opportunity.
