NQ COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR – NEWCASTLE - £VERY COMPETITIVE – LEADING COMMERCIAL FIRM – JOB REF:5594

OVERVIEW:
This ambitious commercial law firm has built an excellent reputation for the legal and commercial advice provided to its clients, and it continually is receiving instructions from new business customers. The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will join a supportive, empowered team of like-minded lawyers that can offer exciting career opportunities. The Commercial Litigation department is incredibly busy and has a healthy pipeline of high quality work. You will work alongside the Head of Department and other experienced Solicitors, managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation including contract and shareholder disputes, IT, insolvency and property issues, and assisting on complex disputes that require a team approach. The successful Solicitor will have recently qualified or be about to qualify, having completed a training contract within a leading regional or national commercial law firm. You will have spent at least one seat of your training within the commercial litigation team, having gained exposure to a range of commercial disputes. You will have strong academics and commercial acumen in abundance; a team player with the drive and ambition required to make a real success of your career.
