SALARY: £30,000 - £50,000

THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity for a Private Client Lawyer has become available, it is desired that you will have gained previous experience working within a private client team at a respected firm. You will undertake work in the Wills & Probate Department, providing quality advice to clients and supporting colleagues and the ongoing development of the department and firm overall.

Main duties to include providing high quality, timely, professional advice on Wills, Probate and Estate administration, Inheritance Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Work and Trusts. Preparing and drafting documents such as Wills and LPA’s, addressing all areas of Probate matters, dealing with a mixed caseload and advising the elderly. The Appointed Private Client Lawyer will be Responsible for assisting other fee earners and department members on their files where required. To meet or exceed targets set including those for billing.
