JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: NQ up to 1 year
LOCATION: Hampshire
SALARY: £42 - 45,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
This leading, Legal 500 team is looking to recruit due to expansion. The role will cover a broad range of commercial real estate work including, but not limited to, sales and acquisitions of single properties and larger portfolios, leasing of commercial properties along with getting involved in business development and marketing activities.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will ideally have between 0 and 1 year PQE. You should possess excellent communication skills and a passion and flair for commercial real estate law.
