JOB TITLE: Company Commercial Solicitor
PQE: 3+
LOCATION: Hertfordshire
SALARY: £50-65,000 + DOE

THE ROLE:
This highly regarded practice is seeking an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor to join their dynamic, highly knowledgeable and thorough corporate commercial team in carrying out a varied caseload of corporate transactions and commercial contract work. Duties will include but are not limited to negotiation and drafting of a wide range of commercial contracts, M&A transactions and joint ventures.

THE CANDIDATE:
The suitable Corporate Commercial Solicitor must have solid company commercial experience with at least 3 years’ PQE required and be able to demonstrate such knowledge. In addition the chosen individual must be equipped with excellent interpersonal skills and must have an aptitude for working in a team and building lasting relationships with both domestic and international commercial clients.
