JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Locum
LOCATION: Cornwall
PQE: 5+
HOURLY RATE: £35.00+ (DOE)

OVERVIEW:
This role would suit a licensed conveyancer, legal executive or solicitor with 5+ years' PQE and will be able to handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision. The appointed Conveyancer will deal will all aspects of Residential Conveyancing to include, sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work, and new plot purchases. The successful conveyancer will liaise closely with the team, providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing. The appointed conveyancer will have experience of working in a busy environment and be able to cover for the full month of September.
