JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 4+ years

THE ROLE:
A busy firm in Wiltshire require the assistance of an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with some experience of Residential Conveyancing. The candidate must have previous experience of handling a busy caseload of property matters such as landlord and tenant, development, leasehold enfranchisement, and freehold matters. The files will be at various stages of progression and it is likely that there will be some exchanges and completions during this period. This role will require you to be able to multi-task under pressure as you will be required to able to assist and act on behalf of the property investors as and when they need support. This role may be done from home or from one our clients offices.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, and legal Executives with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in Commercial Conveyancing. You will have the ability to manage an existing caseload, work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and be very self-motivated to ensure the best service is delivered to our client. You will be comfortable in dealing with matters from instruction to completion on both sales and purchases.
