JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE: 3+
LOCATION: Gloucestershire

THE ROLE:
A reputable law firm in Gloucestershire are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer. The role will include dealing with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including, sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work, and new plot purchases. The appointed Legal Professional will have a sound knowledge of Residential and Commercial Conveyancing and transactions. Experience in lease extensions, deeds of variation, shared ownership, equity release would be an advantage but not essential.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with upwards of 3 years’ experience in this area of law. As a residential conveyancing locum, you must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have good organisational and communication and be comfortable working within a team to achieve practice area goals.
