JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Paralegal
EXPERIENCE: 1+ years’ experience
LOCATION: East Midlands
SALARY: DOE

THE ROLE:
This is an exciting new role, to support the existing and newly appointed Solicitors and Fee Earners within the firms busy Commercial Property team. The successful Commercial Property Paralegal will be involved in a broad range of matters such as leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals, undertaking necessary searches, drafting and approving leases, exchange and completion/ post completion related correspondence.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal. You should have a minimum of 1 years’ experience of working within a similar setting. They are looking for paralegals that are highly organised and have a passion for Commercial Property law. You should be confident, outgoing, and proactive. The role is office based, however there may be the opportunity for flexibility.
