JOB TITLE: Employment Law Supervisor
PQE: 5+ Years
LOCATION: Merseyside / Remote Working
SALARY: £48,000 - £55,000 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
A growing, national firm have an exceptional opportunity available for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to supervise an employment team. The appointed Employment Lawyer will be responsible for supervising and motivating the team responsible for settlement agreement matters and ensure that their high standards of client care are maintained. The successful candidate will also be expected to run their own caseload of matters simultaneously. The key element of this role is to deliver full and effective supervision of best practice and full implementation of the firm’s case management standards across the team through day-to-day support.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from experienced employment Solicitors or Legal Executives that possess a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in a broad range of Employment Law matters, specifically settlement agreements. In order to be considered for this role, applicants must possess strong legal knowledge along with a passion to train and share experience through supervision. The successful Employment Law Supervisor must have demonstratable experience providing supervision in legal practice.
