OVERVIEW:
• The successful Commercial Solicitor will ideally have a background in advising clients within the healthcare sector.
• Applications are sought from Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE.
• The purpose of your role will be to provide commercial and legal advice to healthcare clients in both the public and private sectors.
• You will be working on a wide range of commercial contracts and regulatory issues as well as procurement and acquisitions.
• You will be expected to contribute to the team’s marketing initiative through developing new products and undertaking business development work.
• We are looking for technically strong solicitors with 1st class academic backgrounds who have trained with another top 100 law firm.
• You will be an effective communicator and proactive team player.
