JOB TITLE: Commercial Contracts Lawyer
PQE: NQ -7 years PQE
LOCATION: Birmingham
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
Due to the continued increase of new instructions, the commercial team are keen to appoint a Lawyer into their thriving healthcare team. The role will include advising on primary care contracts, implementing policies, drafting and negotiating large commercial contracts, advising on corporate governance and dealing with other health and related public law matters. The appointed Commercial Health Lawyer can expect to undertake an impressive range of private and public health sector clients.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Commercial Healthcare Solicitor must possess a strong academic background and ideally be experienced in Commercial Health law. The ideal Commercial Healthcare Solicitor will need to be able to demonstrate experience and technical expertise advising clients within the health sector on a variety of commercial law matters. With a proven track record of dealing with commercial contract matters on behalf of the health sector gained within a reputable practice recognised for their offerings, this opportunity offers the appointed individual the chance to join a motivated and expanding team. Applications are welcomed from individuals with up to 7 years PQE, Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered for this role and will have completed at least one seat within commercial contracts / health.
