OVERVIEW:
• A new employment role has arisen within this successful team with a solid reputation across the region.
• The successful Employment Solicitor will manage your own caseload of employment files on behalf of respondent clients, advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters, as well as assisting senior Solicitors on more complex cases.
• You will also be encouraged to play an active role in the development of new business for the team.
• The successful Employment Solicitor will have between 1-4 Years PQE with a positive and can-do attitude looking to gain real exposure to all employment issues.
• Our client is eager to hear from Employment Solicitors who are highly driven, self-motivated and seeking new responsibilities.
• The Employment Solicitor will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills; attention to detail together with the ability to work under pressure is essential.
