JOB TITLE:             Insolvency/Restructuring (non-contentious) Associate
PQE REQUIRED:     2-4 years’ PQE
LOCATION:             London
SALARY:                £50,000-£60,000
 
THE ROLE:
The highly rated insolvency team provides advice on a range of issues which arise when insolvency occurs. The role will involve advising individuals, companies and also insolvency practitioners on all aspects of insolvency-related matters. The successful candidate will be providing assistance on receiverships, liquidations and company voluntary arrangements as well as administrations.
 
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful applicant will have c2 years’ experience, a strong commercial approach and the ability to work effectively within a team. You will have excellent academics, be articulate, well presented and have a real passion for this area of law. Applicants will be confident to; get involved with new business development; undertake networking and; understand the importance of investing in exceptional levels of client service. You will be responsible for handling some interesting and large transactions with autonomy.
