JOB TITLE:                  Corporate Associate/Senior Associate
PQE REQUIRED:          3-8 Years’ PQE
LOCATION:                  London
SALARY:                      £Highly Competitive Salary
 
THE ROLE:
A Top 50 law firm with a national reputation for handling a significant number of complex Corporate transactions annually. This busy team require an additional Corporate Solicitor to further enhance their offering within the London market. The firm have an impressive array of clients and a number of the partners in the team are recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ pqe in Corporate Law, gained in another national or leading regional firm known for expertise within corporate law
 
THE CANDIDATE:
You will take on responsibility for a broad range of corporate transactions including M&A, private equity, and joint ventures, working as part of larger deal team and, where appropriate, leading your own matters. You will have experience in acting on behalf of a range of clients including international corporate’s, institutional and corporate clients and experience of the AIM market would be beneficial. A pro-active, commercial approach to help drive the practice forward is essential.
