JOB TITLE: In-House Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 1+ PQE
LOCATION: Dorset/Wiltshire
SALARY: Competitive salary (DOE)

OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
Due to their ongoing success, our client is looking to continue the expansion of their residential conveyancing team. Primarily, the role it to provide in-house conveyancing locum cover for fee earners’ focusing on progressing a variety of residential transactions. The role will also involve fee-earing when the locum requirement is quieter. The ideally candidate will be flexible, confident in managing others caseload and willing to travel between office when require.

REQUIREMENTS:
Our client is keen to hear from Residential Conveyancers with a number of years of experience handling their own caseload of conveyancing files. Our client is open to considering qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licenced Conveyancers.
