Residential Conveyancing Locum, Hertfordshire, 3+ PQE. Our client is looking for an experienced Residential Property Locum who will be available to join an established firm for a period of 4 weeks commencing on the 13th of September. JOB TITLE: Residential Property Locum
HOURLY RATE: £35.00 - £40.00
PQE: 3+
LOCATION: Hertfordshire

THE ROLE:
Looking for a change? A well-established firm in Hertfordshire are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to oversee and carry out all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold/leasehold work, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership and new plot purchases. You will need the ability to manage new and existing caseloads and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. For the appointed candidate Secretarial support will be provided.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcome from Qualified Solicitors who will have gained a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role. Experience is required in lease extensions, deeds of variation, shared ownership, and equity. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision. Good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role. Please note this is an in-office role.
