JOB TITLE: EL/PL Fee Earner

SALARY: £20,000 - £25,000

THE ROLE:
An experienced EL/PL Fee Earner is sought after to join an expanding personal injury department; you will be responsible for running a caseload of litigated fast track and multi-track EL & PL files. The appointed Legal Professional
will undertake a degree of investigation, preparing disclosure lists, drafting witness statements, reviewing and assessing evidence and medical records and liaising with various internal departments, witnesses, experts, investigators and other solicitors.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from talented and ambitious Fee Earners. You will have gained a minimum of 1 years’ experience in this area of law and will have solid client care skills. Exceptional communications skills are essential for this role and you will need to be capable of effectively prioritising and organising your workload on a daily basis and adhere to deadlines and procedures.
