JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner
LOCATION: Manchester
EXPERIENCE: 2 + PQE

THE ROLE:
Looking for a change? A well-established firm in Manchester are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer. The role will require the successful Legal Professional to have knowledge in both Residential and Commercial Conveyancing transactions. You will also be responsible for the handling of freehold, leasehold and help to buy matters. Other responsibilities will include:

• Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high client satisfaction
• Manage an agreed caseload of clients in a profitable and efficient manner
• Review title documentation, contract documentation, mortgage offers and search results and providing accurate and comprehensive reports to clients.
• Respond promptly to requests for updates from clients, estate agents, brokers and introducers.
• Ensure that the case management is fully up to date and running all cases through the case management system

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Licensed Conveyancers, Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives. It is desired that you would have gained at least 2 years’ experience within a similar role. Experience is required in lease extensions, deeds of variation, shared ownership, and equity. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision. Good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
