JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE: 1 to 3 years’
LOCATION: Manchester
SALARY: Dependant on Experience

THE ROLE:
Looking for a change? An exciting new opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor has become available within the wider Commercial Litigation Department who deal with Debt Recovery, Sports Disputes and everything in between. The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will work as part of a team of Property Litigators, all at varying levels of experience. The successful Legal Professional will be responsible for their own busy caseload of high-quality property litigation files. The caseload will be comprised of a range of property disputes to include the following:

• Boundary and easement disputes.
• Nuisance and trespass claims.
• Contract disputes.
• Landlord and tenant disputes.
• Commercial possession claims.
• Dilapidation claims.
• Service charge disputes.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors who have between 1- and 3-years’ experience in Property Litigation. Applicants wishing to be considered for this role must be astute litigators and have sound technical knowledge in all areas of Property Litigation. It is essential that candidates have prior experience of managing their own caseload of good quality Property Litigation files. The successful Legal Professional will show a willingness to continue to expand their knowledge with a keen focus on delivering excellent service to clients.
