ROLE: Private Client Locum
LOCATION: Worcestershire
SALARY: £35+ Per Hour (DOE)

THE ROLE:
The Successful Private Client Solicitor would be dealing with a range of matters which include drafting wills, the preparation of trusts, preparing powers of attorney, administration of estates/trusts and advising on Inheritance Tax planning and issues. You will have the ability to put the clients’ interest at the heart of what you do by keeping them up to date with each step of the process. This role is office based- the firm have COVID safety measures in place.
The role will be to start at the end of August/ Start of September and will carry on for 1-3 months.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors who will have gained a minimum of 1 years’ experience in this area of law. You will have strong organisational skills, great attention to detail and possess the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines to ensure you are providing the best level of service to the client. You will need great communication skills and will be able to engage confidently with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

THE FIRM:
This firm are well known in the area and are longstanding in the community, they have a small private client team, and you will have paralegal/ secretarial support.
