PQE REQUIRED: 4+ Years PQE

• This is a fabulous opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to get the benefits of challenging work in a supportive and professional atmosphere.
• The position involves advising on all commercial property matters from short fixed-term leases through to the acquisition and disposal of large freehold industrial sites.
• The role requires a good knowledge of land law, landlord and tenant law, land registration and property tax
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years' PQE.
• You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise.
