JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED 2 years+
LOCATION: Manchester
SALARY: To c£35,000 depending on experience

THE ROLE:
An ambitious Clinical Negligence Lawyer is required to join this team of specialist lawyers. The appointed Clinical Negligence lawyer will be responsible for their own caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters, as well as assisting senior Clinical Negligence Solicitors on more complex claims. Files will be predominantly litigated and wide ranging to include delayed and misdiagnosis, negligent surgery, dental and GP negligence, birth defects and cosmetic cases.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will have at least 2 years’ experience conducting their own caseload of clinical negligence cases, including litigated matters, on behalf of claimants, gained in another reputable clinical negligence team. It is essential that the Clinical Negligence Solicitor will have a broad knowledge of experience in clinical negligence and a proven track record in dealing with litigated matters.
