THE ROLE:
Looking for a change? An exciting new opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor has become available, you will have gained previous experience working in a similar setting. The role would be handling a broad range of real estate work which includes dispute resolution, construction, planning, and environmental law. The real estate disputes team will handle a full scope of property litigation work including:
• Landlord and tenant work – including 1954 Act renewals and disputes; dilapidations; consents; rent reviews; break notices; forfeiture and possession
• Easements, covenants, and boundary disputes (commercial and residential).
• Development disputes and other contractual disputes relating to commercial and residential property.
• Land ownership including adverse possession and co-ownership claims.
• Insolvency matters with a property angle.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcome from experienced Property Litigation Solicitors who will have gained a minimum of 4 years’ experience dealing will all types of Property Litigation. The successful Legal Professional will show a willingness to continue to expand their knowledge with a keen focus on delivering excellent service to clients. As an experienced Property Litigation Locum, you will have excellent written & verbal communication skills. The ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise your workload where needed will be the key to being successful in this role.
