JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Locum
LOCATION: Essex

THE ROLE:
A well-established Essex law firm are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing locum, the role will include dealing with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work, and new plot purchases. You will need the ability to manage an existing caseload and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and be very self-motivated to ensure the best service is delivered to our client.

THE CANDIDATE:
The role requires the successful candidate to have obtained previous experience in either conveyancing or a legal executive job role. As a residential conveyancing locum, you must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision, good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role. Please note this is an in-office role.
