JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Locum
LOCATION: Hampshire
PQE: 3+
HOURLY RATE: £35 - £40

THE ROLE:
Looking for a change? A well-established firm in Hampshire are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to oversee and carry out all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold/leasehold work, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership and new plot purchases. This role would suit a licensed conveyancer, legal executive, or solicitor with 3+ years' PQE and will be able to handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision. The successful conveyancer will liaise closely with the Head of Property Department in providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing. The appointed conveyancer will have experience of working in a busy environment and be able to provide commitment for circa 3 months.
