JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3-6 years PQE
LOCATION: Cambridge
SALARY: Competitive starting salary dependant on experience

As part of their strategic direction, the firm is looking to develop their commercial property offerings in the Cambridge market. As a result of these plans, they are looking to appoint a Commercial Property Associate to play an integral role in developing the commercial property team.

THE CANDIDATE:
Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 3+ years PQE gained within a leading regional or city firm who are renowned for their commercial property offerings are sought after for this role. You may already be an Associate within your current firm and be looking for a new challenge for yourself. You must possess an excellent technical knowledge of all areas of commercial property including landlord and tenant, development and leasehold enfranchisement.
