JOB TITLE: Financial Services & Commercial Solicitor
PQE: 5+
LOCATION: Surrey
SALARY: £55-65,000 + DOE

THE ROLE:.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full or part-time Financial Services & Commercial lawyer to join this leading team. The successful candidate can expect to be working for household brand names and owner managed businesses alike on a wide range of general commercial matters across a variety of industry sectors but will also be responsible for developing and growing the firm’s current financial services offering.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have a sound, well-rounded knowledge of commercial and financial services law, with demonstrable experience advising on a broad spectrum of financial services law and commercial law matters. Candidates should be used to working as part of a team as well as leading and managing projects autonomously. This is very much a client facing role so you will need to be experienced at building rapport with clients and providing clear and practical advice which meets their needs. As an expert in your field, you will also have experience of supervising and mentoring junior team members. This position would suit a candidate with rounded academic qualifications and solid commercial and financial services law experience gained at a Legal 500 / Chambers ranked firm or as part of an equivalent in house legal team.
