JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer

SALARY: £25 - £35

THE ROLE:
Looking for a change? A well-established firm in Nottinghamshire are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to oversee and carry out all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold/leasehold work, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership and new plot purchases. You will need the ability to manage new and existing caseloads and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcome from qualified Solicitors who will have gained a minimum of 3-years’ experience in residential conveyancing, previous experience within sale, purchases, TOE, shared ownership, and leasehold is essential. A sound knowledge of conveyancing procedures including CQS Protocol and the Anti-Money Laundering legislation. Experience of Excel standard is desirable and must be willing to work outside strict office hours as necessary.
