OVERVIEW:
The firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their growing team. You will have a specialist in property litigation coupled with more generalist litigation experience which is likely to include experience in one or more of the following areas - commercial litigation, insolvency, IP litigation and/or contentious probate. The successful solicitor will have excellent technical knowledge and the ability to build strong client relationships. You will have proven business development skills, a keen commercial awareness and a proven track record in generating work with good connections and ideally a following. You will be looking for an opportunity to play a key role in the growth and development of the Dispute Resolution department going forward. The Dispute Resolution department have built their recent success on collaborative working arrangements so the successful solicitor will enjoy working as part of team and supervising and developing others. This position would a legal professional with rounded academic qualifications and solid litigation experience gained at a Legal 500 / Chambers ranked firm. It’s likely you will have 6 years+ relevant PQE, but the partners would be happy to consider applications from all candidates who can demonstrate the skills needed to perform the role.
