JOB TITLE: IT/IP Solicitor
PQE: 5+ years+
LOCATION: Cambridgeshire/East Anglia – Home working

THE ROLE:
A thriving consultancy practice with an established brand and highly successful business model are seeking new consultants to join their firm. A particular area of interest in the current market is Intellectual Property, due to an upturn in enquiries and perceived opportunities in their market.

For those wishing to do so, the opportunity exists to make partnership and/or to build your own team over time.

THE CANDIDATE:
As an experienced Intellectual Property Solicitor, you will have at least 5 years of PQE in this area of law, with your areas of expertise likely to include brand protection, patents, NDA’s, infringements, licensing, trade secrets and reputation management. It would be highly desirable to be able to bring clients with you to the role, however individuals with a strong business plan and contacts would also be considered; you should feel confident in being able to bill upwards of £100-£150k per annum. A generous fee-sharing arrangement is on offer in place of the traditional salaried route, making this the perfect opportunity for a self-motivated individual to maximise their earnings.
