JOB TITLE:                  Real Estate Solicitor
EXPERIENCE:               NQ to 3 years’ PQE
LOCATION:                  Merseyside
SALARY:                      up to c£40,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
The successful Real Estate Solicitor will assist on matters to include lease extensions, freehold sales, right to manage claims, licenses and deeds of variation. This position is ideal for a Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in leasehold law and who is keen to establish their career in this area with a successful and growing firm.
 
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Solicitors who have up to 3 years’ experience handling Real Estate matters. Applicants will have experience of working with institutional clients and strong experience in leasehold law. In order to be considered for this position, candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong client facing skills and an interest in supporting business development.
