JOB TITLE: Commercial Conveyancing Locum
PQE: 4+ years
LOCATION: Oxfordshire

THE ROLE:
A busy firm in Oxfordshire require the assistance of an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with some experience of Residential Conveyancing. The candidate must have previous experience of handling a busy caseload of property matters such as landlord and tenant, development, leasehold enfranchisement and freehold matters. The files will be at various stages of progression and it is likely that there will be some exchanges and completions during this period. The firm takes pride in delivering excellent client care and is seeking likeminded individuals for this assignment, experience within HMO’S and commercial transactions are desirable.
The case load split is around 80% Commercial Property and 20% Residential Property.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in Commercial Conveyancing. You will have the ability to manage an existing caseload, work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and be very self-motivated to ensure the best service is delivered to our client. You will be comfortable in dealing with matters from instruction to completion on both sales and purchases.
You will be immediately available to commence work, this role may be able to offer the successful applicant some flexibility with 1-2 days working from home.
