OVERVIEW:
• The highly rated commercial property team of this regional law firm, is keen to appoint a NQ Commercial Property Solicitor.
• The property department covers all aspects of commercial property law, including landlord and tenant matters, development and option arrangements, acquisitions and sales, deeds of variation, leases and a variety of other matters associated with commercial property / real estate.
• As a Newly Qualified Solicitor you are not expected to have gained exposure to all aspects of commercial property, however a desire and willingness to build upon your experience and skills is a must.
• You will have completed at least one training seat within commercial property law.
• Suitable Commercial Property Solicitors will have a genuine desire to business develop and work effectively within a team.
• Strong technical knowledge along with good organisational skills is required.
• This is a well-regarded, regional practice, keen to continue growth plans through 2021.
