OVERVIEW:
You will provide a range of high-quality legal services on complex matters to the firm’s technical claims clients. These are primarily local authorities, government bodies, insurers and commercial clients with a caseload of EL/PL cases. You will have experience across a range of areas including: Children Act 1989 and the FPC, safeguarding matters, negligence, EL/PL, vicarious liability, disease, defamation, breach of confidentiality, data protection, personal injury, large loss and quantum, human rights

Strong communication is essential as you will support and develop junior team members, as well as undertaking business development activities. You will plan and deliver relevant seminars and training programmes both in person and online, whilst working to achieve your own target hours and fees alongside.
