JOB TITLE: Commercial IT // IP Solicitor
PQE: NQ+

THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen within national commercial team for a Commercial Associate Solicitor to undertake a varied caseload of matters including IT agreements, intellectual property. Data protection, general commercial contracts, high value supply and purchasing arrangements to name but a few matters. As the appointed Commercial Solicitor, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing terms and conditions of sale and purchase, agency and distribution agreements., working on outsourcing and contract matters and also working on related documentation.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from an NQ Commercial Solicitors who have completed at least one seat within commercial law within a leading national or regional firm recognised for their commercial offerings. You will be commercially aware and be looking for a top ranked team where you see your career flourish and handle a wide range of matters. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives Newly Qualified upwards.
