Senior Commercial Solicitor 5+ PQE – West Midlands. This is a growing, ambitious commercial law firm like no other, looking to recruit their next Commercial Solicitor. OVERVIEW:
To facilitate and support of the firms ambitious plans, they are looking for a Commercial Solicitor to join their team. Ideally around 5 -10 years PQE, however they are recruiting across all levels. In return they promise to provide you with an opportunity that is exciting, fast moving, and professionally rewarding. You will be joining a dynamic but supportive, commercially focused and integrated team, working in a relaxed but professional environment. This opportunity is suited to solicitors with general commercial experience, in particular:-

• Distribution agreements
• Agency agreements
• General terms and conditions for goods and services
• Some experience of competition law or an interest in training in this area (preferred but not essential)
• Experience in data protection and privacy law
