JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2-6 years’ PQE
LOCATION: Milton Keynes

THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a respected firm in their Milton Keynes office. You will have exposure to property development work acting for landowners, developers, funders and occupiers on all types of development projects including site acquisitions for development and multi-purpose development agreements. Experience acting for developers would be beneficial but is not essential. It is expected that the successful candidate will have excellent academics and strong ambition for career development. Applications are welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitors with between 2-6 Years’ experience in this area of law.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have sound Commercial Property experience gained with a recognised Commercial Property practice. You will be able to offer a commercial and practical approach alongside sound financial awareness as well as the confidence and ability to communicate at a senior level. You will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and marketing skills and will have the enthusiasm and capability to develop contacts for the unit and the firm. A team player you will be able to quickly slot into a friendly and highly successful business unit. Strong negotiation skills and exceptional organisational ability are a pre-requisite.
