JOB TITLE: Industrial Disease Lawyer
PQE: 3+
SALARY: £49,723 to £58,280
LOCATION: Cardiff

OVERVIEW:
Our regarded client is currently on the lookout for a Senior Lawyer to take on a 12-month fixed term contract working on a caseload of Industrial Disease files. You will have gained a minimum of 3 years PQE working in a like for like environment and have sound knowledge of industrial disease work. This role will also include a small number of accident cases. The Lawyer will be a solicitor, FILEX or have equivalent experience. The successfully appointed candidate will have the below knowledge and experience and be committed to the full 12-month period.

• Conduct Industrial Disease claims
• Dealing with complex cases, from instruction to conclusion
• Handling contentious multi track cases

Advocacy and litigation with particular knowledge and experience of:

• Litigating industrial cases
• Hand Arm Vibration (HAVS),
• Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL)
• Work Related Upper Limb Disorders
