SALARY:                      up to c£40,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
An exceptional opportunity has arisen with a firm with offices across the North East. The successful Family Lawyer will be responsible for their own mixed caseload of Privately and Publicly Funded cases. The caseload will be comprised of divorce, financial work, children matters and domestic violence. The appointed candidate will also be expected to conduct their own advocacy. The postholder will be required to operate the LAA portal and bill their own files.
 
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives who have at least 2 years’ prior experience in handling their own caseload of public and private Family Law matters.  The appointed Family Lawyer must be able to work to tight deadlines and perform under pressure. It is essential that applicants wishing to be considered for this role have a strong ability to communicate with clients and colleagues in an effective manner.
