Our client a well-established law firm in Birmingham currently looking to appoint a well-rounded Newly Qualified Commercial / IP Solicitor to join their growing commercial team. The team boosts highly regarded specialists’ lawyers who advise on all aspects of communication, digital media and technology issues. If you are a Commercial / IP Solicitor looking to join a firm who deal with a wide variety of clients from all sectors, from manufacturing, supply and distribution to SME's, partnerships and franchises, then this definitely is the role for you.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideally the successful IP Solicitor will have experience in dealing with IP matters, along with a drive to progress their career within this field of law. The role of IP Solicitor will involve advising clients on IT, e-commerce, IP, commercial contracts, and commercial agreements as well as attending client meetings and assisting with the team's marketing activities
