OVERVIEW:
• Applications are sought from Insolvency Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE.
• You will be ambitious, dynamic and motivated to excel within a fast paced environment.
• You will be responsible for restructuring of solvent and insolvent companies, pre-formal insolvency advice and planning, advice on Directors’ duties and liabilities in relation to distressed or insolvent companies, formal insolvencies, security reviews on loans and strategic acquisitions of insolvent businesses/ assets from insolvency practitioners.
• You will be involved with the implementation of effective exit strategies and undertaking fraud investigations.
• The firm requires a proven track record of acting for ABLs, banks, creditors, employees, directors, insolvency practitioners and investors.
