JOB TITLE: Residential Property Lawyer
PQE: 1-3 years’ experience
LOCATION: Norwich
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

OVERVIEW:
An experienced Residential Property Fee Earner is highly sought after to join this reputable practice and deal with a varied caseload of residential property transactions. The conveyancing team covers the broad remit of residential property truncations and provide advice to clients nationwide not just locally. You will as the successful Residential Property Fee Earner be able to manage your own caseload of matters from start to finish and possess the ability to provide on sales and purchase, transfer of equity, re-mortgages and equity releases.

You will have at least 1 years’ experience in conducting your own caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. As the chosen Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner you will have excellent attention to detail, continue building relationships with local and national Agents and play a supportive role in business development and networking activities.
