JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor
LOCATION: London
PQE: 5+

THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will act on behalf of both the freeholders and leaseholders, your daily tasks will include, drafting/reviewing leases, deeds of variation, surrenders and regrants, deeds of rectification and arranging the completion and submissions with the Land Registry. As a residential conveyancing locum, you will be expected to draft and review contracts relating to freehold property.

THE CANDIDATE:
As a qualified Residential Property Locum, you will need to have gained a minimum of 5 years’ experience in this area of law. You will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail and possess the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines to ensure we are providing the best level of service to the client. You will have proven experience of handling residential property transactions from instruction to completion and will thrive in a busy team environment.
