JOB TITLE: Residential Property Locum
HOURLY RATE: £35.00 +
LOCATION: Leicestershire (Market Harborough)

THE ROLE:
Our client currently has an opening in its Market Harborough Office for an experienced Residential Property Locum, the role is available for a Solicitor/Legal Executive. Some of the duties will include –

• The ability to manage an existing caseload, work under pressure to tight deadlines and be very self-motivated to ensure the best service is delivered to our client.
• Be available immediately or at short notice
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, when working on a case.
• The ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client care.
• Excellent communications skills.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Residential Property Locum Solicitor will join a busy and friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and right to buy from start to finish. You will need to have a strong academic background and will have gained a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a busy Residential Property department.

The role is outside of IR35 and will require the successful candidate to work from the office.
