JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ – 1 Years PQE
LOCATION: West Sussex
SALARY: £Excellent

THE ROLE:
The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be working closely with the Head of the Department and will make a significant input in the success of the department. You will have the responsibility of working with development and real estate clients including, site acquisition and plot sales, infrastructure agreements, conditional contracts, option agreements, buying and selling businesses, bank financing and commercial landlord and tenant work.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will be newly qualified up to 1 year PQE. Applications from Trainees who are due to qualify this year are also welcome. It is essential that you have some grounding in Property work, having undertaken one or more seats in Commercial Property and/or Residential Conveyancing and some prior training or an interest in advancing skills in general commercial would be an advantage.
