JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
LOCATION: Greater Manchester
SALARY: £28,000 - £32,000

THE ROLE:
A reputable law firm in Greater Manchester are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal. You will need the ability to manage an existing caseload and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and be very self-motivated to ensure the best service is delivered to our client. Other duties will include –

• Investigation of Title and other Legal Issues
• Preparation of Transfers
• Preparation of Stamp Duty Land Transaction Returns
• Preparation of Registration
• Preparation of Contracts
• Corresponding with Clients, other Solicitors, and Estate Agents
• Drafting non-standard correspondence competently
• Utilising digital case management system

THE CANDIDATE:
The role requires the successful candidate to have obtained previous experience in Residential Conveyancing as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, you must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision. Good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role. You will need to remain up to date with changes in the law and with Conveyancing procedures.
